My name is Anastasia

My journey with yoga began in 2015, when I first stepped onto the mat and immediately felt its profound impact—not only on my energy, but also on how I moved through daily life.

Very soon, yoga became a guiding force. I was especially drawn to Vinyasa Yoga and its dynamic, breath-led rhythm. In 2019, I completed my yoga teacher training in Greece and have been sharing this practice ever since—with presence, joy, and deep respect for the process of inner transformation.

I live in Freiburg, where I work as a yoga teacher, offering group classes, private sessions, and special events that invite people into mindful movement and embodied awareness.

Alongside my yoga path, I also completed my certification as an alternative practitioner for psychotherapy (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie). I'm deeply interested in the meeting point between yoga, somatic therapy, and emotional healing—how the body can become a gateway to self-regulation, resilience, and connection.
